KALPASA ANKITA SHAW- Belongs from India’s most popular cultural zone north Odisha. Social thinking influenced since from his childhood by her parents. Now she is only 28 years old but with a short span of time limit already has been given lots of effort for society. Glamour to culture and culture to society there having several multiple developmental efforts done over by this multi talented girl. Modelling, Acting, Dancing all are the skill keenly added with her personality. Even felicitated with several notable awards like “MISS PHOTOGENIC”, “MISS ODISHA PERFECT”, “MISS BALESHWAR” and many others. But recently she deeply emphasizing on social work by leaving herself from glamour world. Now a foundation named as “ANKITA SHAW FOUNDATION” being involved with social work by the execution of KALPASA ANKITA. Stranded old people are receiving affection & care by the old age home established by her in corporation with the ANKITA SHAW FOUNDATION and an orphanage constructed by her to make a golden career of all orphans. For cultural development she providing the facility to groom the aspirant classical dancer by through her dance academy. Similarly in the area of of west Bengal she executing a cricket team, which now welly famed at the near of locality.
Lots of dream she is seeing now to formulate as a real feature, where society will fill with divine glee and development. So lets takeout an interview with her by keeping a candid discussion.

Q1-Kalpasa can you please extend such the memory glance toward on your childhood which connect you today as a factor of successful personality with multiple of sectors?…
KALPASA-:
I have many memories from my childhood which connect me today whatever I have achieved and will connect whatever I will be achieved. I think in all of our cases, the childhood experiences affect to our adulthood. When a child reaches at the stage of adulthood, he/she conveyed with fear with the response to tackle himself on broad society. That moment he/she able to get the strength and confidence from the gained affirmation from his/ her childhood ritual, sacraments and philosophy. In my case same things arises. Since my childhood with the inspiration of my parents I am attaching with the spirituality, and believes on god too much. Then next part I keep liking on learning and this learning habit making me to be a creative person for my society and society will get all the creative work as per my potentiality. My parents are my first encouraging source, whatever I am all due to them.

Q2-How your family keep support toward on your work and how they like to see you- as a successful entrepreneur or as an artist?…
KALPASA-:
Fortunately, I am belonging with a good and supported family one and my family is everything for me. They expect from me as a good human being, that’s all.

Q3-Kalpasa how you think upon your career, which will be your profession & which will be your passion, because you completed your engineering degree apart of your other curricular activities?…
KALPASA-:
I always say future is unpredictable. So, I never set a goal for that I know. God is there for me. So he decides, what is best for me. But one thing I always passionate about is- “be dignified what you do or who you are” being in a process with dignity recognition. Engineering is a basic set of education for me. So I never think become to be a engineer. Life is a drama and we all are characters in it. So play the part and play with the best part.

Q4-How you see the computer science as a degree holder on its, if you are not concerned with any engineering job but how you would like to implement your technical skill in social sector with a freelance form?…
KALPASA-
Firstly I have to say, education is must needed things for everyone. Whether for a city or for a village. For me, it is a lesson who teach me a lot of things and developed my skill in many ways. It helps me a lot in every sector in different way of implementation.

Q5-Kalpasa as we know you are a trained artist in classical dance, how you got attached with it, any inspiration?…
KALPASA-:
Yes, I am the master degree holder in odishi dance. I love to dance and enjoy it even now. When I was of 2 years old, I started my learning on odishi. After then to till now I am still connecting with the dance so efficiently. On this behalf I don’t have any role model for getting inspiration. It is my inner choice and hubby as well.

Q6-How ANKITA SHAW FOUNDATION formulated? Any other support with it and what would be the motto of the foundation- which shall be with it forever as its determination?…
KALPASA-:
Ankita Shaw foundation is the one of my emotion you can say. I always see the needy people & their requirements and do struggle to fulfill it. From my childhood I get motivated to do some great for social development, when I visit to the orphanages with my parents. From that period to till now my love for them is unconditional and selfless. I am always trying to bring happiness on their faces. My family and parent always supported toward on my work for the orphans. My foundation always tried to help people on several sectors as much we can. We giving the shelter to the old people by through the old age home. We conducting several awareness camps, cultural activities in a regular manner by keeping with the hope of revolutionary changes over the society. So motto will be as per our limit and possibilities we will do service for society and bring changes over the society.

Q7-Kalpasa you did such a majestic job with an old age home, what’s your view as a youth- who neglecting to their parents and how you justifying your thought as a social worker by proper executing this mission?…
KALPASA-:
Firstly, thank you for the appreciation. My view is for the such people who are neglecting their old parents, they are not actually the human but actually the evil. I would like to say all these evil that your time will come and you will be got back the karma as like you are doing now.

Q8-How you maintaining your modelling, acting career with the social work? Which section you are taking in primarily manner and which one in secondarily manner?…
KAPASA-:
I am not doing modelling or acting for now. During my B.TECH due to force of my friend luckily I won the “MISS BALESHORE” and some other title. After that several offers came to me even from south film industry as well. But I liked to deny because of my family choice, as it belongs to a conservative family. I take everything in honest & dedicate manner. Every work for me like a god and I do and maintain all these things in a positive way of manner.

Q9-As a youth how you see your society?…
KALPASA-:
I see my society with a community of form. If someone doing or thinking for self-benefit and seeks the self-respect, then I never admire this thinking or work. As a youth I believe & see over the society on dedication and team efforts which brings the development.

Q10-Kalpasa you are a role model and inspiration for your area because with a short span of time period you did such some appreciable work, so what you would like to say to those people on society-who thinks women are weak?…
KALPASA-:
Trust me, these all are happened suddenly with god bless. I privileged myself to have the all opportunities and self confidence reaches me on success with well form of way to implement all these opportunities. The good will, confidence make me safety and can make safety to every women on society. In my consideration women are the root power of universe. Without women the universe will destroyed. Women should be respected equally as like men.

11-Whats your future plan for your all involved sectors and you having with which way of strategy for achieving the all of your desired goal?…
KALPASA-:
Future is unpredictable. Today I am here, tomorrow may not be here. So I would like to find myself by enjoying the process of life. But ambitious will only for society and social work. Having dream a lot and planning to make school and college for the orphans and needy children. At which they all will be able to achieve their goals and stand by themselves. Because education is human need & egalitarian.
