Though there having some flaw with women empowering process over India in accordance of people’s mentality but by some magnanimous concerned people, it has been handled so genius form of manner.

SAHITHI DIVI-commonly her age concerned to fully filled of immaturity and during this age the youth affecting toward on modernity with such maniacal manner by forgetting the social & cultural thinking. But she is completely unique form of personality with packaged of maturity. After the completion of her educational degree from California on 2016, she just utilized her all skill set toward on social development so nicely.In the year of 2019, “IMPACTSCIENTIST” has been co-founded by her effort and this organization working toward on gender equality so efficiently.It is the so experimentalized effort toward the work with rural innovation,women empowerment and many others.Also she is the most youngest national brand ambassador of SDG (sustainable development goals),which has been globally presented for the fulfillment of 17 interlinked global goals & requirement,concerned with social development-being founded by the united nation.Then “YOUNIFY” the e-commerce platform concerned with digitally implemented purpose on social development,in which she is working also as a chief empowerment officer.

Q1-Sahithiji! We would like to know first regarding your all desires & motto of your life which be the expressive factor regarding what you have today & what will be in the coming decades?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

My work, my spirit & my all effort always enhances the social activities & the developmental goals-which be the life long process of mine. As my think, Rural economy has the power to drive India with the process form of its self-recovery. India is diverse in geography,hence even the most successful intervention with required customization of solutions. Looking at building a futuristic organization that inspires people across the world by showcasing the journeys of disruptors from Indian rural ecosystem. India consists with a skilled base economy and has rich rural resources which are untapped. Creating 1000 documentaries about rural entrepreneurs by travelling the whole country for the next few years. We envisioning successfully with installing a spotlight on our villages where reverse innovation is churning into growth towards achieving the sustainable developmental goals. Through Impact Hour Stories we would like to connect rural made products to various consumer & markets and by this way hope we could increase their outreach and foster collaboration with government, corporates, non-governmental organizations and leaders.

Q2-How was your educational career & how it influences toward on the creative journey?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

I have done masters in social entrepreneurship that exposed me to social innovation , sustainable development goals, design thinking, global crisis, diversity and cross cultural solutions towards achieving social impact which drove me to return to India from California immediately after my masters to start understanding how we are placed and also to find my purpose to create an impact. SILT (Social Impact Leadership Transformation Bootcamp) by Soch4change- 2019, Certified Design Thinking Practitioner, Sustainable Business Strategies from Harvard Business School Online – 2017, Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, San Francisco, California – 2016, Bachelor in Pharmacy – 2013.

Q3-Please tell some about “IMPACTSCIENTIST” and which thought of extension it conveying to achieve in the upcoming period?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

Building a marketplace by through the rural entrepreneurs can use to leverage from our followers / community to promote or sell their products and services. This activity is in the early pilot stage and shall be intervened through our tech advisors. Volunteer sign up buttons will enable community creation from diverse parts of the country. Support localization of our village made products,Encourage local skills by promoting services / workshops on our platform,Reduce urbanization,Promote sustainable,environmental and socially impactful organizations and individuals,Availability of workshops,Option to share and subscribe to our content to create awareness,Positively impacting experiential rural tourism,Unlocking potential of women entrepreneurship.

Q4-“GENDER EQUALITY”-how you see the essentiality of it along with the society and how’s the work going on toward it by through “IMPACTSCIENTIST”?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

As per my view,allover the world every human having the right for getting the all the facilities,opportunities and decision making power.Which will be defined the gender equality and definitely it having the essentiality for the development of any nation.The economic impact of achieving gender equality in India is estimated to be US$700 billion of added GDP by 2025.The IMF estimates that equal participation of women in the workforce will increase India’s GDP by 27 percent.IMPACTSCIENTIST is a rural innovation platform discovering stories of women led enterprises across various states of India.Women must represent the percentage of their share of population in positions of power and be financially independent to exhibit their full potential.Otherwise impact scientist is a blend of purpose and profit following an organic approach to discover stories,using design thinking approach to explain their social enterprise that includes community engagement in problem solving.On the other hand,the marketplace will provide economic opportunities to these women artisans and entrepreneurs.

Q5-How is your path follows over with social welfare?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

With god grace my inner soul always connect toward on social thinking by knowing or unknowingly,so since earlier my path automatically follows to social welfare & will follow the same path till the rest of life.

Q6-SDG (Sustainable development goal) how it should march away in the country and how was your joining with it as a national ambassador & what’s the vital responsibility you handling for it?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

It is very essential for each one of us globally to adapt to the SDGs for moving together with a common framework and measurement of progress towards resolving a social or environmental challenges.It is not an emerging need but it’s an emergency.The goals can also give you an idea about which social cause you are inclined to and who all are working towards a particular goal across the world.India is a skill based rural dominant economy which can exponentially grow if all segments of society classifieds them under the global goals.My fortune to be a part of globally represented organization as national ambassador and my work and effort going on a level of best up to the best toward on social response with it.

Q7-“Women Empowerment”-how it could be place over with society in addition to the ideal motive from measurable men’s effort, who could change the same class of people of varied thoughts, which may be the reason of decrement of women’s power?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

There are various platforms available for women to access resources and participate in diverse fields.Stigma attached to women is a combination of external beliefs pre-defined by both women and men.Men and women are different in many objective ways yet equality means access to fundamental resources like health,safety and education.Literacy rate is increasing amongst women but the employability is not because of the major influence of the society on crucial decisions in a woman’s life. Change is possible collectively & understanding is a vital parameter to change among any of class with the well concerned awareness.

Q8-With “YOUNIFY”-you are also involved, what’s your role going on with this organization?

SAHITHI DIVI-:

I am a collaborator with “YOUNIFY” as their chief empowerment officer participating in strategy and measuring impact.“YOUNIFY” is a platform that creates campus radios and connects all the stations on their app.Through our collaboration we shall provide / offer the impact hour interviewees to enable their content and work on a radio podcast to promote creativity and skills.

SAHITHI DIVI-:

Impact is a strong word with a deep sense of retrospection.In this case I am always searching for adventures, journeys and those moments in people’s lives which pushed them to go for risk and opt for challenges.
