India-the country always famous for his religious & righteous practice. Since its initial age it has been globally presented as an honestly formed nation that doesn’t believes in victory rather believes in the power of SATYA(truth) and NYAAY(justice). There are lots of Indian origin people all over the world, who are doing their majestic job and working hard to spread the idea of SATYA & NYAAY. THE MORAL-:
Q1: Sir, we want to know about your initialization of your career, how do you pursue a life filled
with the versatility of action as a degree holder in law?
DR RAMA DAWAR-:
When I moved to the United States of America, I started all over as other professionals start
over and I needed to even get a diploma in General Education Development to teach at a
University level. In 1997 I was appearing in a court of law (traffic court) where I used Indian and
UK terminology “My Lord” and the Judge asked me “Are you from India or Pakistan”. I said,
“Yes, I am from India”. Which then the bench offered me an interpretation job, which I accepted.
From there I went for Medical & Legal terminology classes in the USA for the USA system. In
2005 I was interpreting for a case and executed with CPS Director (Child Protective Services) and also offered with free classes for Nurturing Parenting teaching sessions and I started working as a Nurturing Parenting
Facilitator, which led me towards Domestic Violence, Drug Abuse, Alcohol Abuse facilitation,
and counseling. Later it led me towards having my Ph. D. in Psychology. During this span, I
have earned many certifications and diplomas like-certification in interpreting, diploma in
paralegal studies, diploma in private investigations, state license in real estate, state license in
insurance and brokerage license in insurance, state license in bonds man and many more.
THE MORAL-:
Q2: In the education sector you having a long and qualitative span of experience. How do you
see the Indian education system in a comparable form of analysis concerning the United States?
DR RAMA DAWAR-:
Both education systems are different. The education system in the US is considerably more
flexible than that in India. The Indian education standard is considerably higher than that of US
Standards as the students in India are made to prepare for challenges in life. But students in the US
education are made as said flexible so that every student passes the high school. The academic
study in India is very formal and is viewed as a routine, while that in the United States of
America it is a learning process. The education system in the United States of America helps to
promote creativity and offers more freedom to the students unlike that in India. In most states in
the US, the government offers free education to children through “public schools” operated by
the government. Schools are funded by the government through the taxes collected by
federal/state/county/city governments. A significant portion of the taxes from residents goes to
the school/education fund. Unlike the government schools in India, public schools in the US are well maintained and managed. Most schools get a lot of government funds and provide great infrastructure. There are several educational programs with the latest technology organized and funded by various educational boards for the benefit of the children. Academic programs for each school are defined by the state board of the respective states.
On the other hand the public schools are free in both the USA and India. However the Indian government schools are not preferred schools for most people due to the lack of proper government funds, sophisticated
infrastructure, upgraded technology and committed management though teachers are well-
qualified. The education system in India comprises of pre-primary (kindergarten), primary (1st to
8th grades), secondary (9th and 10 grades), and higher secondary education (11th and12th
grades). Soon after 12th grade one can directly join any professional course of choice which
means a lesser period of study to become a professional and an earlier job. The school education pattern in the United States is divided into three levels, viz the elementary school (kindergarten through fifth grade), the middle school (6th to 8th grade) and high school (9th to 12 grade). Once the kid finishes high school then he can enroll for bachelor courses of choice in College and then later join professional courses in Universities which means a longer time of study period to become a professional. The number of students per class is much higher in Indian schools. Uniforms are given high priority and adhered to strictly in Indian schools as compared with the US where most schools do not have uniforms and dress codes are very flexible.
THE MORAL-:
Q3:We know you have a degree in clinical psychology. Why did you choose the subject and
why are you still interested in it?
DR RAMA DAWAR-:
I have worked as a facilitator and found that I enjoy with helping people return to the mainstream,
I am pleased to counsel them so they can become better husband and wife and to become an
exceptional role model father and also can help people overcome addiction. I felt that I needed to
work in this field. So i became A-SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) this year in 2020 and have
passed the test to become A-SAP successfully.
THE MORAL-:
Q4:How did you get involved with CUSD (Central Unified School District)? Can you please

of more than 300 million dollars, hired new teachers, passed a measure to teach the Punjabi
language in Central Unified School District at the high school level. Mentionable central Unified School
district was the second district in the united States where Punjabi Language was approved to be
taught in high school. As I am also the author of the world’s first Medical and Legal
dictionaries in Hindi and Punjabi Languages. In the dictionary, I published the names of 329
languages spoken in India are written in these published books/dictionaries. Some Indians speak
German, Portuguese and Spanish and some others, because to India was colonized by these countries. As a persons born in Goa before 1965 were citizens of five countries due to Goa having a treaty with these countries and India. As you can see, I love working with the language arts.

have been through the legal system, through counseling sessions, family reunification episodes,
CPS intervention and much more. Having a doctorate in Psychology and there are now more

THE MORAL-:
Q7:With KBIF 900 AM radio, you are doing a very good job. Hosting & Anchoring- is it your
hobby or do you just do it as a medium for implementing your thought and activity? How do you feel by executing it?
DR RAMA DAWAR-:
I have always had an interest in news media. I started as a news reporter in 1984 and have
been a tv reporter, news journalist, newspaper editor, crime story writer and also worked with major
media outlets including Public Asia, Punjab Kesri, Jan Sandesh, Sachi Dunia, Nawi Dunia,
Panipat Samachar, All India Radio, Punjab Star News (USA) and many more newspapers and
news magazines in the past. I am no longer affiliated with the KBIF 900 am radio. Now I am with Radio Asia of Canada and soon I will be starting my own channel including radio and television. I am working on both
projects. Currently, I am on board as an editor of Nawi Dunia Newspaper and web portal and as
well as some other news web portals including global messenger. It is not only my hobby, but it
also educates me and teaches me a lot.
THE MORAL-:
Q8:India’s Air journal is now a demising news outlet due to the growing of digital age. Is it the
same situation in the USA or any differentiation?
DR RAMA DAWAR-:
It is around the world that we are moving towards digital information system and the world
has shrunk because everything has been digitalized. It is not only India or the US but the whole
world is changed. The information systems, education systems, the financial industry and the
food industry are heavily influenced by the creation of the internet, so everything is changed.
Now everyone is a publisher on social media and can express his/her views.
THE MORAL-:
Q9:Sir, You are a person mixed with two sectors as a degree holder in law and psychology. We
want to take a review of criminal & corruption justice. Is it fine with the high level of strict
punishment or having essentiality with any psychological preservation for changing their thought
on crime & corruption?
DR RAMA DAWAR-:
Being a psychologist, we can change individual’s thoughts on crime and corruption that’s the
reason that we have mediation system, case management conference system, arbitration,
alternative dispute resolution system, counseling, training, dignity and much more in our judicial
and administrative system in both the countries including India and the United States of America
and both the countries have common law established by the administrators but it is practiced
differently. In my personal opinion we should give a second chance to everyone that is the
reason after every crime there is not only the investigation but each good detective, investigator
and psychologist want to know the cause of the crime and the sources and reasons led to the
crime.
THE MORAL-:
Q10:Looking back now on your past, how do you see your career going and what are any
remaining ambitions would you want to fulfill?

working on it. Looking for blessings and good wishes from everyone.
